Necklace love - been wearing this necklace ever since I got it last Saturday. Two days ago lang pala yun so yes, I’ve worn this two days in a row. If that isn’t love, I don’t know what is. Hehehehe

Parasols! Pinks! So pretty!
I caught the last few minutes of this E special on makeup. They showed how makeup has evolved and who the makeup gamechangers were over time. Some names I caught were Elizabeth Ardent, Madonna, Gaga and Michelle Phan. But what I really liked was the last line that said: makeup makes the possibility of beauty endless. I like it because this line perfectly captures why I love the whole process of putting on makeup.
I love how perfectly groomed eyebrows can instantly open up a face; how a little white eyeliner can make the eyes look bright and; how a red lipstick can vamp up the face.
It’s not that I don’t feel pretty barefaced (yabang-aside ha). I just feel a bit more empowered when I’m wearing makeup. Like I can take on any challenge and still look pretty.
I think I may have found my favorite flower. These are blush-colored carnations which I found in a nearby flower shop. When I first saw them, I thought they weren’t real so I was surpised when I touched them. These will look super pretty as a centerpiece (see photo). These are now sitting on my desk looking pretty as you please.
Good alternative to bouquets and corsages.
